Introducing my 2 new piggies

Here are the 2 Sows we got recently. We rescued them from a skanky house where the piggies are not being looked after properly atall :( They were crammed in to a small hutch with about 10 other pigs and they had NO hay or bedding ATALL, they were literally just on the wood! And they were not fed properly. All they were given were a few carrots to share each day! Me and my sister really want to report her but are worried she'll no its us whos done it. She had loads of animals. 2 rabbits that lived wild in the garden and a skinny pig that had straw!

Anyway. heres the piggies.

Sophie. Shes got fur missing on her leg and arm. Dunno if its due to malnourishment?



Poppy. She had a fungal infection. It came on about a week after we got her so I'm guessing it came from her skanky hutch. As my other piggies who ive had for a few years didnt have it.

 
Firstly, well done, because they will have a better chance for sure. Sophie looks like she's had her ears nibbled at presumably by other piggies. Poor things. I ink the bald patches could be from self barbering due to boredom, I have seen this before, they over groom themselves.

I would be careful with their food at first, suspect their stomach won't be used to it...sorry you probably know all this.

Oh yeah it might be from where she was bored. Didn't think of that. She has about 30 piggies in total and just keeps breeding them! My sister rescued 2 aswell. We havent got room to save any more :(

Yeah at first they didn't eat much but they are slowly getting an appetite.
 
Aww, that's so sad! i hate it when people mistreat their pets! X( But I'm glad you got to rescue them! They look like such sweethearts!

Aww she is lovely. Mine have nibbled ears as well, it must be when they are stressed out and crammed up.

It must be so painful as well. I bet she is relaxed now!

If she breeds and sells she will have people there a lot If you are scared to report could you not get someone else to go and spy and report them for you. there may be someone on the forum that would do it for you
 
I don't think she has many people buy them. And at the minute they are staying at her friends house because shes moved. They were cared for a LITTLE better when they were with their owner, but now they are with her friend they arent. the poor piggies didnt even have any water! and she said to my sister "I've fed half of the animals today, but i havent got round to feeding the others yet" I dunno if anyone on here would want to report her?
 
If anyone lives local to Kings Lynn they could go round pretending to be interested in a piggie and inspect?
