What a busy afternoon!
Jo from Milhaven has been at my house this afternoon (easier for her to come to me with all my lot!) and we have been bonding my newbie Clara with my girly group. She is about 5 months old.

Things have gone so well! Jo stroked Clara with a small amount of used shavings before I cleaned the cage out and we introduced the five others. I think Clara was very nervous when I got her out of the carrier, because she wee'd :(

Once in the c&c, the girls all had a good sniff and have been chatting non stop, and all of them are behaving exactly as they were before Clara joined them!

All in all, a big success! :))

So, here is the most beautiful himi, perfectly marked, Clara...

Awwwww she is so beautiful! What wonderful markings! I love himis! Oh wow! x) x) x) x) x)

She really is gorgeous, i think my next piggie will be a himi!

Absolutely stunning! She's gorgeous. I love the name Clara too :) xox

I love the name too! To me, she just looked like a Clara... a bit posh!

I also had the honour of naming one of Jo's little girls who came into rescue about the same time. She is a beautiful little white girl who I named Mary. I think she has been posted on one of Milhaven's threads recently. I'm so tempted every time I see the piggies...I'll have to stop soon, they are taking over the house! :))

Does anyone know where I can purchase a pig-napping cloak?! ;) :))

She is just too cute for words, I can't describe how adorable she is! I've always loved himi pigs, but aww she is just perfect! Sweet name too, it really suits her! Awwwwwww, lost for words x) Hope she settles in well.

What a gorgeous little piggy! The name Clara makes me think of the Nutcracker ballet and it is such an adorable name!

She is absolutely stunning - congratulations!

ohhhhh my gosh, what a pretty girl, I'm so jealous! Himis rock, so happy for you x

Clara is my first himi, and I'm excited to get to know her. She seems like a bold, confident little girl, quite vocal and snuggled up in the cozy cup as we speak! All the girls are snoozing, they have just accepted her which is great. :)

I fell in love with her a couple of weeks ago at Milhaven rescue and have had to wait until she was confirmed not pregnant. I had hoped to welcome her home in time for Christmas...but she makes an adorable New Year addition instead! :(|)

Stunner alert x)

Clara has had a fabulous first night. :)

She seems to have found a friend in Francesca, although I did spot Imogen giving her a good wash! I have also noticed that she is a climber...she sits on top of the pigloo, on top of the log tunnel, and she adores the cosy beds!

I love getting to know new piggies, they all have their own personalities and likes and dislikes. I could sit for hours just watching them! A lot of people think I'm mad, but to me, they are part of my family and I love all of them so much. :)

I am hoping once she is more settled, to get some better pictures to add to my vast collection. I may even try another group photo shoot! The word chaos springs to mind! :))

P.S. When Joanne visited yesterday, she seemed to make friends with Carter and Coben. They were literally falling out of the cage to get her attention! rolleyes Those two are the cheekiest, most outgoing of all my boars! What did you DO to them Suzy? :(|)

Clara is beautiful drool
I adore Himi piggies and have three gorgeous sisters. I can just about distinguish which one is which much to my family's amazement :))
They really are the friendliest of piggies despite their horrible previous home and are aptly named 'The Cheeky Girls' rolleyes

Here are two of the girls, Xuix is a tad camera shy and decided the new fleecy tunnel was the better place to be :)

Hugs to Clara and her new friends :rose

clara is gorgeous. so glad to hear all went well with the introductions. sometimes it's really easy isn't it - other times are a nightmarerolleyes
just before christmas i introduced harry to angel - his 6 weeks after neutering was up. it was the easiest thing i have ever done. i simply put harry in a spare cage with a bowl of fresh veg, i then put angel in with him. angel promptly started eating while harry had a bit of a 'humping' session (angel seemed completely oblivious to his actions). she must have said something to him though as at one point he went upto her, she looked at him and he ran off in the other direction:)) after that they have been a happy couple. they are living happily together now in their 7' long hutch.
