Junior Guinea Pig
Hello everyone. I wanted to come on here again and say thank you to those who replied to my previous post. The comments were very reassuring & I’ve had such a warm welcome.
I haven’t introduced myself and my guineas yet so I thought I’d take the opportunity and do it now.
I’m Chloe, I'm 19, I live in the north east of England & I have two piggies.
They’re called Jaffa and Fudge.
This is my favourite photo of them!
I’ve had them since April last year & I got them from pets at home (no hate please, I know they have a bad reputation but it was fate when I got them). I either wanted a hamster or guinea pigs and did lots of research on both, decided on the idea of both so got everything ready for piggies and then one day went hamster shopping... I walked into pets at home and there was a gorgeous female piggy who caught my eye, then I walked round to the other side where the boars were and spotted a piggy.
He was white, fluffy looking and had a Bonny little face, multicolour. I had a cuddle with him and loved how soft he felt and he was unique. Then I spotted another piggy who was black with a little white crest on his head, cuddled him loved him & my mum fell in love too and that was that
.
Jaffa is the black piggy with the white crest, called him Jaffa due to the fact he has orange streaks in his coat and also a little orange/tan foot.

He’s a very placid Guinea pig and very laid back, he’s also very cheeky and has a habit of biting cage bars to get my attention, when he does this he reminds my mum of Hannibal lector
.
Fudge is white and has a ginger face with a dark brown patch on one side.

Fudge is a very energetic piggy, he popcorns a lot, wheeks very loudly and is generally the more dominant Guinea pig of the two.
They’re my pride and joy and I love them to pieces
