Junior Guinea Pig
Hi having recently lost my oldest pig we decided to get the remaining male a new friend after reading some bits on the internet we went for a younger one as apparently easier too bond and less fighting. I have two cages set up side by side so they can see and interact without the older much bigger male squashing him we are giving them limited supervised together time the older male did a lot of sniffing him and a little mounting and rumblestrutting but I fed them veggies to distract them and there was zero biting or aggressive behaviour that I could see does this sound OK are we doing this the right way the small one is now desperately trying to get in the older males cage good sign?
