Hi All,

I was just after some advice on what to do with Nutty. I have 10 girls as follows in their groups:-

Flora, Fleur, Amber and Kitty
Leia and Lyra
Bupu, Esme and Goldmoon
And Maggie who is almost 5 who was rescued by Jane and she brought her hear with Nutty.

I can't put Nutty with Flora's or Bupu's group because of space but I was thinking of introducing Nutty and Maggie to Leia and Lyra. Leia is very bossy and now they are in a bigger space they get on so much better! Do I rock the boat and add Maggie and Nutty? Also Leia and Lyra don't like big herds they were tried with Flora, Fleur, Amber, Pearl and Elora (now at rainbow bridge) last year and didn't thrieve.

Do you think it would be best to just have Maggie and Nutty living together seeing as Maggie is an old girl, would it be best to do that or have her in a bigger herd and chance Leia and Lyra being ok with her? I did try Leia with Kitty originally and she didn't like her at all!

Thanks in advance,

Louise

Hi Louise
I am not sure I am of much help, I have just got a new little girl today I am trying to introduce to my group without success so far! I have always found girls easier to put together then boys but I guess it depends on their personalities. I guess I would try Nutty and Maggie with your other two and see how they get on. At least they have each other and its not two against one. Plus many have good success introducing two pairs. Hope this is of some help. Good luck! xx

I would put Nutty and Maggie together and then take it from there. If Leia and Lyra are OK with them splendid, if not - nothing lost! Just have them next to each other and see how that goes.

Best of luck!

I agree. I would first see if Nutty and Maggie get on. Once they are all happy with each others company, you could then try them both with Leia and Lyra.

Less introductions at once and hence less stress for them.
