Here is a couple of our sponsored rescue piggies, who are permanent residents at Hutches Rescue.
A little background about them and their summer letter to us... xx
Phineas arrived at Hutches after his owners were frightened that he was in danger due to a rat getting into to his hutch and suspect this was how his 1st best friend Ferb passed away.
Ferb2 was born at Hutches but he has teeth issues and is blind. ( lethal )
Phineas enjoys running around his run and munching his favourite food Curly Kale!
(Joanne thinks that Phineas squeaks the loudest sounds she has ever heard when curly kale is being shared around).
Ferb2 enjoys dandelions as his favourite snack.
(Ferb2 maybe blind but he can sniff out a dandelion at 30 paces!,has a dandelion radar hidden somewhere!)

Ferb2 is a fun loving all white, long haired boy.

Phineas is a lovely cheeky Apricot Tricoloured, long haired, male.

Summer update from Phineas & Ferb2
Phineas & Ferb2 would like to say thank you for your kindness in sponsoring them.
Phineas & Ferb 2 have told Joanne that
“The grass on the new guinea pig lawn is starting to grow! YIPPEE"!
We are nearly ready to start munching that tasty looking grass with a handy mix of dandelions that Joanne left in the ground for us as special treats!
Joanne says we can start playing on the new grass in September.
she would like to send the grass roller over the area before we get our munchy mouth's on it. (Roll on September) Tee Hee! hope you enjoyed the cheeky joke!
What strange weather we have had so far for this summer!
Joanne puts us out in the afternoon after the rabbits have gone back into their hutches.
With having to share a space Joanne decided it was better to have
Rabbit Mornings & Guinea Pig Afternoons.
It seems to work out better that way as us guinea pigs like the sun to be warm on our back but the rabbits enjoy cooler weather.
Joanne says it will be even better when we can come out to play in the mornings so we are not left waiting for 2nd playtime.
Joanne is getting Reliabuild back to Hutches to create a new single bigger shed to replace the 3 smaller boarding/rescue sheds.
Told you September would be good New Shed Area and New Lawn what will Joanne do next to improve our lives here at Hutches Boarding & Rescue!
We will send you another update in the Autumn!
