Peggy was not doing too well without her longtime companion Mavis. So on her 5 Gotcha Day she went to Coseley Guinea Pig Rescue and picked some new friends to keep her company. Peggy would like to introduce you to Rose AKA (ginger face) and Val (Sunday name Valentina). Rose and Val were born in the rescue on Valentine's Day (hence the names).

Peggy is struggling to understand why her new friends run and hide when her slaves bring food but if that means she gets more than her fare share that is fine with her. However, they have certainly found their voices even if they do shout for food from inside a tunnel. 😂

OMG Rose and Val (Valentina ) are lovely
Great that Peggy has some friends for company 🥰
Looking forward to hearing more about them

Awwwww Rose and Val are beautiful.

Glad the gorgeous Peggy has some new friends ❤️

something something "well, they are skinnies" something something :)) I hope they aren't running Peggy ragged?
Poor Peggy tries to keep up with them but they are so very fast, she doesn't stand a chance. She takes little naps in the hay loft when it all becomes too much for her.

Poor Allan spent about 15 minutes today trying to catch Val in the outdoor run so that he could bring her back inside. He had two snuggle sacks and every time she jumped in one by the time he got to it she had jumped out again. It was hilarious to watch but i probably should have gone to help sooner than i did.

Congratulations on your new family members.
They are just so
Sounds as if you’re going to have a lot of fun with them.

Reminds me of trying to get Comet and Blitzen into the carrier at the same time. You'd put it in the cage and leave it open and one would wander in...and the minute the other one wandered in the first one was out again. The goblins will at least both walk into the carrier without a hiccup, lol.

Also can I call Rose "Rose the Ginger Nose"? Because that's stuck in my head for some reason. Rose with the Ginger Nose.

'Rose the Ginger Nose' love it.

Getting them out of the cage is like herding cats. It's even worse in the much larger garden run. We were both crying with laughter by the time we caught them. They didn't seem scared it was more like a game for them.😂

Congratulations to you and Peggy. Rose and Val are gorgeous. As for the herding game, sounds like they are related to Timmy and Freddie!
