Well I wasn’t going to put a thread up so soon, but as I’m rather excited and it’s nice to be home after a long day (and week!) everyone please meet the incredibly gorgeous Luigi :love::love:

He’s a one year old neutered gentleman from Neville’s Nest rescue, picked him up today and not long home :)
He’s living next door to Jess until the 20th when he’s safe to be with her after his neutering (no baby Luigis wanted, although would be blooming cute!) and they’re very interested in each other already :) although Jess can’t hear him of course bless her!

Loves the smell of his blanket from the carrier though! ;)

Jess has been well and truly miserable in her cage after nearly six years with Rupert and losing him. (Same here!) But hopefully Luigi will cheer her lonely-self up! Already out and about more since we’ve been back :)
He’s seems very lovely, very confident and of course a stunner :luv: Been very brave, 4 trains, delays and stuck for an hour after missing train to my town but in cage munching straight away! :love:
 
He is absolutely stunning, lucky Jess and lucky Luigi, he's really landed on his feet with you.

Sorry you have had such a horrible journey, the trains in this country have become a nightmare.
 
He's absolutely gorgeous! Not surprised you're excited, bet Jess is too. Two very lucky piggies. Oh Luigi you have found a lovely home. Hope Pedro won't be jealous.

I fell in love as soon as I saw him on the site @Lady Kelly! Reserved him a couple of weeks ago and he’s even more beautiful in real life! :love: Sure Jess will be chuffed when they meet!
He’s having some peace and quiet now after a stressful travelling afternoon but scoffing away (when I poke my head in for a nose!). Very brave chap :)

What a gorgeous boy! How exciting for you and Jess, and a nice length of time for them to get to know each other as neighbours, looking forward to hearing about the piggy wedding day! :)

I debated adopting a pair of girls but I know she loves her men and she’s a rather fiesty girl so a gentleman the best option for her! And I do love my boars too! :)

Leaving him in peace tonight but I’ll get him out for a nice run around tomorrow and she can come out after for a sniff! He seems good with handling so maybe a little cuddle for me too as I’ve been missing those from my Poopy! :) x
 
Haha yep very chuffed :) he’s snoozing now bless him.
Still feel slightly like I’m cheating on Rupert, all those years we all had together, but he’ll always be my Little White Angel! xx

A new chapter for Jess at age 6 and hopefully she’ll be back to her normal happy (bossy boots!) self very soon!
And hopefully a lovely spoilt life for Luigi ahead :luv:
 
Awww I also saw him on their website and fell in love - he is so handsome! 😍 saw he was reserved - lucky boy and lucky Jess x
 
Awww! He is soooo cute! I got my Archie the week before last as a companion for my Alfie. I bet Luigi will love Jess. Archie is the all white gp in my pfp, with a black splotch over his other eye. Alfie is the tricolor.
 
Thank you, he is a beauty! He’s so happy bless him, so excited running around when I got up (and not phased by the annoying cats demanding breakfast!) and I’ve just had my first double piggy chorus for a month as Jess set him off as knew veg was coming!
She’s been silent for the last two weeks and just had her veg out in the open rather than dragging it back to her bed like she has been! Happier already :luv:

My nephew’s well and truly obsessed with Mario and Luigi atm so sure he will too! :)

He’s from a home that couldn’t keep him, was living with Mario who’s also at the rescue but they fell out so were being kept separately. Definitely been looked after and he was just great with me checking his bits (as only a few weeks post neuter) bless him! Snoozing away like Jess after his morning scoff now! :love:
Getting him out a bit later so will see if he likes his freedom :tu:
