So my guinea pig died around 2 months ago and everyone is emotionally ready for another one! But the problem is the lady who we are getting the guinea pig from says she already has two who are bonded. So i was curious could one of the two guinea pigs like my guinea pig but the other wouldnt?

You can never tell until they meet. It very much depends on the character constellation, how dominant they are and whether they can sort out the dominance/hierarchy or not. There is also always the potential of an outsider issue with a trio.

You may also have to consider quarantining if a piggy comes from a place without mandatory quarantine.

It would be good if you could set up a meeting on neutral ground between all girls before you commit; otherwise, I would strongly recommend to have a second cage handy. That is the reason why we recommend dating under expert supervision at one of our recommended rescues if you can get to one, as they only rehome piggies that have passed quarantine/vet checks and a mandatory pregnancy watch, and you only come home with piggies you know are going to work out.

No, sadly not at all until you want WWIII! Not even next door! :td::td::td:

Only one neutered boar with any amount of sows (although they will have to get on as a group, too).
