.....Sparkles and Bubbles.
These are the first two of our 7 foster piggies, Sparkles and Bubbles, who have settled in really well and have already learned the sound of the fridge door opening. It never ceases to amaze us how a piggy can differentiate between a normal door and a fridge door - even if the door to their room is closed. These two will give our other piggies a run for their money in the wheeking stakes. As they have no problems with us handling them we brought them out for a short photo shoot including a little bribe at the end. This also gave us the opportunity to start their weight diaries and weekly health checks.

And now the reward...
We dont know if you can see it on this photo but Sparkles was born with an extra toe on each of his hind legs - they dont seem to bother him although he will be having them removed when he returns to Hutches after fostering in the New Year.
