So my guinea pig might have ringworm and I just got a new guinea pig do I wait until he is treated by a vet to introduce them.

I would wait, ringworm is highly contagious not just to other guinea pigs too, although you may end up treating them both anyway if you are unlucky enough to have spread it.

Make sure you thoroughly wash your hands and change your clothes after handling the potentially infected pig (many wear something over their clothing like an old bath robe for situations like this). Don’t share the toys, fleece hides or bedding between the cages without thorough disinfecting first. The sooner you get confirmation from the vet the better really then members who have masses of ringworm experience can share all the tips on how to contain it.
