Pig's nose was crsty for a couple of weeks and now it is a deep red color and looks like lesions around nostrils.

Please see a vet for ringworm/fungal infection. Take the time to read our ringworm guide, as it is the most transmittable problem between all mammals, including humans. Good hygiene is essential!
Ringworm: Hygiene And Pictures

You can reclaim any vet cost if you present the vet bill with the sale receipt within 2-3 weeks of the sale, as exposure and infection has happened at the shop. The time between infection and outbreak is 10-14 days.
