This lovely boar arrived with us yesterday, I thought he was very old but when I looked closer he seems to be young (6 mths ish) and just undernourished and in poor condition.

I've called him Irving (yes, I'm up to 'I' in the name alphabet now!) which means 'boar friend'.

Not sure about his colour - it's like lemon agouti but he's not evenly ticked like a proper agouti?

He's eating for England, bless him, and is very friendly. I'm hoping he'll soon put on some conditon and lose that 'haunted' look.

Hes lovely Sophie. Poor thing, his head looks too big for his body. I bet he will be a big pig once he starts piling the pounds on!

I wonder what his colour is? Can you have lemon without the agouti? :)
 
I'm not sure - he's kind of got it in patches, perhaps he's just a really 'bad' agouti?

He's got the most chewed ears of any piggy I've ever seen - ripped to shreds! :(

He's sat on my lap watching the forum!
 
Oh he's adorable. Poor little thing looks so down in the dumps. He'll soon perk up though I'm sure! Ah, he's a sweetie.

He's lovely, i couldn't figure out what was strange in the last picture until Louise said that his head looked to big for his body.

He looks a real character
 
I think his head is normal size and his body is just very skinny... but the way he is eating, he'll soon be a fatty! I've wormed him just in case - but he seems healthy enough in himself.

He's just had a bath and I think he feels much better for it. Snuggled up in my lap like he's always been here!

Can't wait to see him popcorn for the first time :)
 
One of my piggies head also seems abnormally large for this body! Even the vet commented on this! Irving looks like a beautiful boy and I'm sure once he starts popcorning he wont stop!
 
For one minute i thought you'd found "my" Irving - he's gorgeous & obviously i love his name x) x)
 
Soooooo pleased to see him definately looking happier :)

He's got a lovely big squashy looking nose x)
