i found my piggie lay on his side in his pen just. I've got him out and he seems fine and he's eating but I think he has a bit of a squint in his one eye That came and went within a few minutes. He's happily munching on kale as it's his favourite but, was he just sleeping or is there something up. He is on baytril for a runny nose, sneezing and a clicking when he breathes but that's clearing up now. And the vet said that it wasn't a URI as his chest was clear. He's also been active all day x any help?

Hello

it sounds to me like he was chiiling out :) Because he is poorly at the moment you are on high alert and quite rightly so, but the fact he is happily munching and been active is really good. Just keep a close eye on him but from what you describe it sounds like he was asleep

Thank you @sport_billy that puts my mind at rest. Because he is on medication, we are all super alert and are being huge worriers. I'm so glad that this forum exists as the vet would be fed up of us keep calling and asking questions ha. I'm going to be keeping my eye on him anyway and we are weighing him daily while he has his baytril to make sure he is ok x

That's what we are here for.

Could I ask you one thing please? Could you add your location to your profile as it helps us tailor any advice if ever needed to your geographical location

Thanks
