He is always eating normally and all of that but he never makes any noise.
He only makes noises while in petting him or when i pick him up and he walks around on the floor.
But he never sings is anythi g wrong with him?

is he new?
does he have friends?
he might be lonely, or might need some more time to get used to the new area.
you can try hand feeding him to help him get used to you.

Not all piggies are vocal. Piggy sounds have to be taken in the context of what you/ they are doing at the time of a noise. So a loud wheeking could be excitement if food is on its way or fear if you are trying to pick them up, Here is a link to a site with some useful sound recordings and guides to what they mean. Welcome to the forum.
You’ve had good guidance from @PeanutAndMe and @VickiA I have a newish young piggy - she’s 6 months old. Until the last few days she was very quiet. However she has now found her voice and wheeks along with the others when food appears, or there is the hope of food.

We have 3 constantly chattering piggies who are always chuckling and rumbling and cooing away to everyone who will listen about all aspects of piggy life, 1 loud wheeker who mainly talks if its to humans who might provide food, and 1 who doesnt talk at all unless its teeth chattering annoyed. More piggies usually means they have more to talk about...

It’s true that a solo piggy is less vocal than one in a group (if vocal at all)

Thank you for your reply's everyone i thougt that something is wrong with him but its not thank you.

Most of my pigs are very vocal when they're getting on with their business, like doo doo dooing around the cage, or brrrrring at each other. Podrick loves to whinge but none of them shout for their food.

I currently have two temps staying with me and it's great hearing them scream for food!
