Is his eye normal?

Just notices Picchu's eye looking like it has a little milky goo in it. Is this just a build up of the normal cleaning fluid or something else?

I would recommend to see your vet as the conjunctiva looks rather swollen (pushing some of the tissue over the rim of the lid); they are better poised to determine what is causing it with a hands-on examination.

Wasn't sure if it could be hay poke or something stuck in there. It looks like a little white blob. I'll see if I can get him an appointment to get it checked out.
