Is it bad?

Grease glands do get dirty from time to time, some piggies have more overactive grease glands than others

If I clean the grease gland will it get dirty again? Do I need to see a vet?
 
That’s totally normal, it just means that your pigs have active grease glands. Just give them a wash and I think there is a guide on the forum.
