Is it Hiccups?

So i just wanted to know what it was.

Flicka was sat munching on her hay but was making what i can only describe as hiccup noises. Her little stomach was going in an out as if she was hiccuping and she was making a little hiccup noise. Is this what it is?

I am not worried about her as she has stopped it now and eating fine and very happy in her self. I just wondered what it was, can anyone help?

Ummmm...I don't think I've ever come across it before and I guess if she's okay now, she's fine. Just keep an eye out though and if it happens again, contact your vet. They'll say whether it's serious or normal

Piggies can get hiccups. Keep an ear out in case it happens again. But she'd probably just ate too quick..

She does eat very quickly, and she was eating quickly tonight as well as racing around.

My Rufus gets hiccups a lot, it usually happens after he popcorns enthusiastically rolleyes and quickly disappears after having some hay to eat. Don't think it's anything to worry about.
