Yes, you can bathe. What is your treatment?

If you give a hand warm bum bath for the dirty areas, do so just before you treat with an on-the-skin treatment.
Alternatively, you can use a fungicidal shampoo to bathe your guinea pig, like nizoral. You have to make sure however that it does not clash with any treatment you are giving.
