want to know that her lips is ok or not

It is very difficult to see what you are referring to from this angle but I would always see a vet if you are in any way concerned. More so if there is any swelling, scabs or sores in the area

i am referring that purple area on lips i think its swelling,he's eating well

I would take him to the vets as any sores, swellings or scabs should be checked out. I see a slight swelling

Actually there’s no specialist here I have to search for it nd it’s a worry thing? Or I can do anything myself for him

Please do not home treat as you could ma,e things worse. If you are in the UK, we have a recommended vets locator on the top bar.
I am in India just want to know that it take immediately vet assistance because I have to search a vet

Hi! Please have him vet checked - he may need an antibiotic. It is not an emergency; normal opening hours are OK. If the lip continues to swell, you need to see a vet sooner.
Please be careful; any penicillin is deadly for rodents and steroid slow down the organs.
