is it possible to bond an unneutered boar with a neutered boar?

I can't see any reason why not.
I had great success with an unneutered father and son after they had been apart since before the birth. My biggest failure was two litter brothers, who had always been together, that reached puberty and then fought.
Are the two boars of a similar age? And of a similar personality?

It shouldn't make any difference when bonding boars if they are neutered or not as neutering does not change their behaviour, as in. say rabbits.It simply stops breeding.
There is every chance you can bond them, it comes down I believe to their respective personalities. If you have bonded boars before, it is a bit easier. Introduce on neutral territory etc, if you havent bonded boars before, you can get some tips on here or look at www.cavyspirit.com
