Is it safe to make a wood project for guinea pigs

I wanna make a wood project for my piggies to use to get out of there cage, but I am not sure if safe to do so.

Do you mean you want to make a ramp for them to physically be able to let themselves out? If so, then this is our ramp thread Ramps in Cages

Some woods aren’t safe so you do need to know what type of wood you are using - plywood for example is not a good choice because of the glue used in it
