Is Jeremy the Biggest Pig on the Forum?

Our battle boar Jeremy weighed in at 1.65kg yesterday.

1. is he the heaviest on the forum?
2. should we be worried?

He doesn't get any junk, just same food and same amount as the others.. he has always been a chubster ... here he is..

I have slightly reduced his cereal, but he seems healthy.. he is just huge!
 
Katie he looks great. Bless him he is a gogeous big boy. My heaviest is Murphy at 1171g - 1.171kg. Joe is next at 1075g but Joe actually looks bigger than Murphy to look at them both. :smitten:
 
Do you think he is just a massive pig then? Our next heaviest is Tiger 1.2kg, then Scruff who is 1.1kg...
OH is not convinced Jezza is a bona fide guinea pig and thinks he is a prairie dog or a capybara!
 
Fugly is 1020g last weigh in and he is a little chubster as well, his double chin is big enough to hide his feet ;D ;D
 
Aw Fugly is gorgeous!
But Jeremy is more than 600g heavier than him! he's almost 2 bags of sugar! And he's so strong - he had coco neem melt on him this afternoon before his bath and it was like trying to catch a well-oiled pig!

Wow that is alot of difference, he looks gorgeous though, so you have a crane to get him in and out ;D ;D ;D
 
He was in the paddling pool with Tiger! (No water in it - we put their toys in it and let them run round, means they can play out in the lounge without getting behind the TV, and we can just wipe the puddles up afterwards! must be the only 30-somethings with a kids paddling pool in the lounge!). So trying to catch Jeremy was a challenge!
 
I wonder if some pigs are just really big? He looks great to me Katie :smitten:
Our heaviest pig so far has been Pepe before he got his tummy bug last year, topping just over 1.3kg. He's now about 1.2. Blaze was over 1.2kg as well.

I think the pool is such a great idea for supervised run time!
 
They seem to love the pool Julie - OH bought some more chubes, a pigloo, some balls and extra bowls to put in the pool and it seems to work a treat!

Maybe Jeremy is just a pig, not a guineapig!
 
He doesn't look overweight to me either but wow, what a chunk! Chances are he's longer as well as heavier - how long is he?

My heaviest (a neutered boar) is 1160g. Only one of them is below a kilo and she is 964g and is short as well as light!
 
He doesnt look big to me :) we should have a voting thing going on to see who has the biggest pig or heaviest piggy :D ;D

Lol at "chunk"! He is quite long, but he is v.wide too - OH says he has saddlebags! >:(
I'll try and measure him!
 
My biggest lad is around 1.4 Kg although I weigh them in pounds and ounces.
 
my biggest pig is 1.4, he is usually 1.5 but has lost a little weight recently as he had mites.

the vet saw him on monday as he accompanied munchie to the vets and she was suprised at his weight, and agreed he isnt overweight he is just a big pig ;D

If he has no health issues i'd not change his diet at all O0 O0 it might stress him if you do :-\ :-\
 
Aw - they're gorgeous when they're chunky! My heaviest girl is 1.3 - she's lovely being so chunky. She's always been like that though. Daisy has always been the skinnier one. :smitten:
 
He is a battle boar! He runs around and shoves stuff out of the way with his shoulders! You should have seen me trying to catch him with the coco neem oil on - it was honestly like trying to grab a greasy real pig! He's ace - we love him!
 
He's looks perfectly in proportion which probably means he's just a very long guinea pig :)
