Is Kale ok!?

I got some Kale for my piggies but just wondering if this is ok to give them at all and if so how often can they have it!?
 
Yes they LOVE kale! IDK of a piggie that dosnt. They shouldnt have it everyday as i think it has quite alot of calcium in it:)
 
Yes, it's fine for piggies. It is high in calcium though, so a handful/medium leaf maybe twice a week is about what you'd want to give.
 
Mine absolutely love kale ... but I have read to feed it only a couple of times a week.
