Is Lettuce Bad For Piggies?

I have read in some places that lettuce damages the Guinea Pigs kidney, but many people are saying that lettuce is good for them so I'm confused. Can anyone clarify if it's good or bad?
 
It is only iceberg lettuce that is bad and shouldnt be fed to piggies. All other lettuces are perfectly fine to give them.
