Any changes to a piggies behaviour and a vet visit is required. I know it's hard during lockdown. Phone the vet and see what they say. You can have a phone consultation. Has there been a change in Meatball's weight? Is his weekly check still the same? If the vet wants to see Meatball you can leave him outside the vets while you stay in the car.

There could be an illness brewing but the symptoms aren’t yet clear.
I would ensure you weigh piggy regularly (switch from weekly to daily weighing) as drops in weight is can sometimes be the very first sign that something is wrong, If there is lack of interest in food, then you may already notice some weight loss. And call the vet and see what they want to do, they may ask you go take your piggy in
