Yes, I agree with the above 2 answers. A vet visit is essential if you think your piggy has been injured. They could be in pain but they hide it & if not given medical help it could lead to paralysis.
I have just realised that you posted yesterday about dropping your piggy. If you now suspect that he may be injured or in pain it is vitally important that your seek veterinary advice as soon as possible before the damage worsens. While you are waiting to see a vet I would try to get piggy to rest more - don't allow him to climb up ramps etc. and restrict exercise time in case he has a spinal injury.
