I'm not sure weather my piggy is in pain, whenever I stroke her back she purrs but also let's out little squeeks and licks me, she's about 5 now and I wonder if its arthritis in her back legs or just squeaking in happyness? There just quiet short squeaks but other then that she's a lively piggy that eats alright and everything. Although she has a history of pus filled lumps, such as one behind her ear that burst when she was about 3 and a large one under her chin that (painfully but thankfully) burst when she was 4

If you are not sure if she is in pain take her to your vet for a check up? Better safe than sorry

No sign of red skin on her back at all? I would say a vets visit is in order if it is out of her nature for her to react that way to your stokes. our piggies have always hated us stroking there backs so i expect and little squeak or a kick if I attempt it, but if your piggy has always been fine with it then please look into it.
