Is my piggy poorly?

Hey,
I've had to boars for a little while now, and basically, one of them (Chester) my fat boy drool makes a weird, what can almost be described as a cough ? or those with a cat like me, a hairball kinda noise.
I have no idea what it is, and it just happens randomly, at first i couldn't figure out who it was, but now i have, he sneezes occasionally too, where as Bentley (my other pig) doesn't.
His eyes sometimes look a little watery but i've checked for hay and stuff and theres nothing ever there so i've always ignored it.
In him self he seems fine, he's the noisy irritating one who likes to jump on his brother when he's sleepy ! and he's just generally himself always curious and getting very confident with himself.
I've only just started weighing him and only done it twice, first time he was 1.5lbs, 2nd time around 1.6lbs and so is not loosing weight!
He's eating normally, which in his case is stuffing his face, he's drinking normally, he's always drank alot.
He lives on sawdust, could this be part of the reason ?
Just want some advice, i have a vet who's helped with pet hamsters in the past so i know could help with my piggies if needs be, just wanna know if theres something i can keep an eye on at home before i send him off for any vet checks

Is he making this coughing noise when he eats or at other times too?

It never seems to be when he eats, there food is on the top little shelf, and the noise i only heard when they were both down bellow where i couldn't see from my bed, thats why it took so long to figure out who it was, i didn't know if it was a warning sound or aggression towards his brother as they often have a bit of a go at each other with rumbling and swaying hips, so just really confused on whats going on with him
Today he made the noise when he was sat with his brother in there little cat bed i have for when there on my lap watching tv.
