I picked Ollie up just now and this is what he looks like? he's not normally that big - is it swollen? Or is this normal.

Sorry the second pic is not very good.

Looks fairly normal to me, will wait and see what everyone else says - how old is he btw? And are you worried about a swollen willy or swollen testicles because Rocket is only 16 weeks and his testicles are HUGE ( as are his ears - wonder if there's a connection...) :{

The willy bit. I just picked him up again and its sort of retracted into itself now. It just looks bigger than I've noticed before. He's about 6/7 months old.
Isiah is not that big but looks the same.
Ollie doesn't have necessarily large ears - but now I really want to say something along the lines of - you know what they say... big ears = big testicles :))

his penis is just prolapsed a bit, give him a good clean (inside as well, and yes it does smell) and then it should pop back in itself...if it doesn't you may need to use a bit of lube to give it a helping hand :)

My baby guinea pig had that and stayed like it for 2 days! We went to the vets but typically it went back to normal all by itself! The vet checked it wasn't infected though and looked Ok..

I agree, give his penis a bit of a clean with some warm water. Looks like he has a bit of hay stuck in there in the 1st picture. It smells I'm afraid when you do clean it, its perfectly normal.

That piece of 'hay' looking thing is um... how to put it delicately... how they make the lady pigs happy... ahem.. :red :p

That's what I was told when my Jasper had the same problem last year anyway lol :)

LOL Yeah I thought it was hay at first but it's definitly attached.

I'll give them both a bath tomorrow and make sure I wash all their bits thoroughly. Not worried about the smell - I'm a nurse, so have experienced much worse ;)
