Is Red Cabbage ok?

I got a whole red cabbage yesterday from Asda at a reduced price of 30p.

I haven't fed mine this before and just wanted to check that it was ok to do so.

Is it ok for them? Has anyone else tried it?

yes is safe to feed them but mine aren't that keen on it.

Mine love it. It is sometimes in the mixed salad bag. Not sure how much they should have or if there is any limit. Also possible make their wee reddish? x
