Is she just dreaming or should I be worried about it? (Video)

I've seen many of my pigs do this but this is the first time I've ever been able to catch one do it on camera. I'm pretty sure she's just in REM sleep but when she came out of it she looked a little odd, like she was in pain, or she could've just been so tired she fell right back to sleep again lol. She was just laying and relaxing previous to falling asleep, like piggies normally do. What do you guys think?

If you are worried, see a vet.

Personally, she just likes she's woken up from a deep sleep.
