I probably worry too much but latley i have noticed the odd little cough from pancake it sounds very coarse and also i have noticed sometimes her breathing sounds dry as if she has paper inside her , she is squeaking all the time now and at first i thought it is because she is happy but i am worrying she is trying to tell me something. last night i noticed she was chattering her teeth. can someone help me!
 
Chattering her teeth would mean she isn't best pleased about something but I would get her to a vet because of her breathing, it could be the start of a URI. It's worth while getting her looked at if only to put your mind at ease.

she is on my lap at the moment and purring i just hate the thought of her not being able to tell me wats wrong. if she is squeaking lots * think this is ok/?
 
Some piggies do cough occasionally, like they can sneeze sometimes if they get some dust up their nose. If you are concercerned at all then I would pop her to the vets for a once over.
