Like I said in my other post I am a new mommy to 2 piggy's believed to be around 6 weeks old (per the store)

I went in to check on them before I go to bed for the night and Patch sneezed ( I have heard her sneeze one time yesterday) I looked at her and she had white color snot on her nostril.

I sure hope she isn't getting sick.

Should I be alarmed? Take her to a vet?

Please I would appreciate any help here.

It's always worth taking new pets to the vet to get them checked over and register them with the vet, some emergency cover is only offered to registered clients.

A single sneeze may well be nothing to worry over, a bit of dust, hay or bedding up the nose will trigger a sneeze.

If your piggy has crusty eyes or nose, continues sneezing, or shows any other sign of illness such as lack of appetite, weightloss, fluffed up coat, lethargy or distressed squeaking then a vet visit sooner rather than later is necessary.

If this is outside normal vet hours, there will be a telephone number available for the emergency vet and you can discuss what is wrong on the phone before deciding to take your piggy to the vet.

I would take her simply because she is new, and from a pet store. It was **** just an ordinary sneeze but if it was me I would want them both checked out anyhow.
Congrats on your new arrivals! Cant wait to see some pics Xx
