Is something wrong with my guinea pig’s eye?

I took out my old guinea pig out of her cage and saw a little redness in her eye, might be blood. She scratched her eye a while back, and the vet gave us medicine. She said that there is no more actual damage, but a scar is still there. Anybody know if this is some sort of infection?
