Is something wrong with my pig?

I saw my Guinea pig sitting like this in her cage while I was away in school. Is she sick? She is eating but likes to stay next her bottle. Please help.
 
Was she fine when you got back? If so it might not be too urgent. Definitely book an appointment for a check up though :)
 
I would weigh her. She might of just wanted to be there at that time. I would not go to the vet unless she has weight loss, lost interest in drinking and eating, and loss of activity in exercise. Hope this helps!

Hi! Your guinea pigs is hunched up with the fur puffed up. That are two clear signs of pain. If she is no longer as active as normal, then the pain is starting to be considerable. Please have your guinea pig vet checked to find out what is causing it, ideally before the end of the week.

Please switch from weighing weekly to weighing daily at the same time to monitor the food intake, which is over 80% hay and which you cannot control otherwise. Pain is often an appetite killer with the hay feed impacted first, so a guinea pig can lose quite a lot of weight quickly without you being aware of it.

Ok so she is eating fine, and isn’t hunched up. Also she responds when I call her name. There is one abnormal thing though, she isn’t going in her hiding place, which is weird.
 
Is it really dirty in their? Have you checked it to make sure there is nothing like bugs? Also if she only has one hide maybe she has lost a bit of interest in wanting to sleep in there?😹
