Sadly i doubt it! Some pigs are just chewers! I don't think they understand that not everything on this planet is made for guinea pig teeth!
You can always just make sure he has even more guinea pig friendly things available to chew to put him off chewing things he shouldn't.
But things you can't chew are always more appealing then things you can chew!
