Is there any point in giving the herd a nice clean cage. Just done a good clean, new fleeces etc, washed at boiled pellet bowl.

Within 5 minutes I have pellets all scattered over nice clean fleece and 4 pairs of eyes looking at me saying aren't we clever daddy.

well I think thats the first time I've heard a chappy complain about a grubby house.. lucky ladies to have such a tidy pa! I put them in the cage and walk away for a good few hours.. the illusion of tidyness lasts a bit longer then :P

I'll have to try and take some pics of them tipping up bowl to get at the nuggets at the bottom. The bowl by the way is an earthenware taco bowl.

I just put the boys out for floor time while I clean their cage. I have to lay down towels in the floor area or Hazelnut won't move. Within 5 seconds Peanut Butter did zoomies all over the place knocking over food and hay and mucking up the towels, not to mention 2 poops dropped in mid-zoom. When their cage is finished and I put them back in PB will have done the same thing there within seconds.

Yes, and they never want things in the same place as I do. They always take pleasure in moving stuff about when I've put them in all tidily. :))
