My baby guinea pig seems to have a bit of trouble eating the burgess excell guinea nuggets. they seem to be a big mouthful for him! I know pets at home nuggets are smaller, is there much diference nutritionally between them?

I'm thinking of swapping over

Ah Bless. As far as I am aware they contain the same ingredients and as you say are smaller for little guineas to manage. I have swapped from P @ H nuggets to Excel without problem.

How adorable though that he is too little too eat them, bless him! ^)

It is quite cute! He looks like he has a big smile on his face its so big lol... I'm going to **** get a bag of each and do a mix so they can pic between the two so max has the option of having some smaller food! he is quite dinky still!

I'm sure I heard they were pretty identical in the ingrediants but I wasnt 100%

I just popped over for a bag and put a handfull in the bowl and they have started tucking in straight away LOL no worries there then!

Another one to try if you want little nuggets is the Scratch & Newton Posh Nosh which comes in a lovely bright pink bag! All my pigs are adult so actually the nuggets are a bit too small for the greedy lot but might be OK for your baby?
