I noticed this today on Prince's back. I'm not sure if it's a bite wound or something else. Cookie has managed to nip and bite him a few times the other day but I've never seen any blood, just a few hair in Cookie's mouth.

Also, Prince's skin is quite flaky. We were told that RSPCA had to treat him for a skin condition he had when he was rescued (he belonged to a hoarder of 60 guinea pigs). Prince had three panomec injections during his time at the RSPCA (last one was on 14/12/17). Apart from flaky skin, he isn't scratching or bothered at all, unless I kept on rubbing his back side during laptime.

It looks like a small burst harmless sebaceaous cyst to me. Please disinfect it and see a vet in case it gets infected or refills again.

Should I remove that scab looking thing in the middle? Or just clean it? What should I disinfect it with?

No let it fall off; it is already healing. See how it looks when the scab is off. It's not looking inflamed at the moment.
