my Guinea pig is abou 4 or 5 and I found this. I cut of some fur to make is more visible. It seems to have a birth make on it. My guinea image.webp pig is also female.
 
It looks like burst sebaceous cyst. Please keep an eye on it in case it refills or gets infected. If in doubt, please see a vet.
