Just noticed Penny’s urine when I was spot cleaning. Is this a normal color?

Hi!

Your urine contains excess calcium (the milkiness) and it is fairly discoloured, but that can come either from veg or oxidisation in contact with fresh air.

No, I wouldn't be concerned if it is just a one-off pee. If you see plenty of calcium pees (several week) or you notice squealing when peeing or pooing, please review your diet in the first case and see a vet in the second. the colour is no worry, it is within the acceptable range.
