Recently rehomed a guinea pig, and was told it's a girl and that she's apparently 5 years old.

Can anyone tell me if that's the case?

(I’m 99.9% sure it’s a sow. I can see the fleshy seal, the keyhole shape and also the knob is not round like a boars would be).
