Is This Amount Ok?

I have two baby sows. Never had babies before. Is this ok?

Yesterday they had: 2 egg cups of pellets, one in am and one in pm, half a bell pepper, 4 small slices of cucumber, a third of a little gem lettuce and very small amount of coriander and parsley. The veg was split between two servings.

They are eating the hay also. I know when I had boars in the past they were a bit over fed and don't want this to be the case here. Is this enough? Too much?

How old are they and how much do they weigh?
I think when they are young they can have unlimited pellets, as long as their weight gain is slow and steady.
The fresh sounds about right.
We usually feed a cup per day per pig.

But by far the most important thing is unlimited good quality hay.
The large bales of hay I usually buy are rubbish here a the moment, so I use that as bedding for them to burrow in, and have 2 large hay bags with good quality hay so I can monitor their eating.
