Is this cause for concern? You can see little scraps of fur missing on this piggie’s back, and her anal area looks very dirty. Is this cause for concern?

I would ask myself
Is she eating and drinking as normal?
Does she have a companion and have they been fighting?
Is she peeing and pooping as normal?
Is she scratching at her fur?
Is she acting normally or just sat in her house all day?
Basically is there anything out of the ordinary in her behaviour?
Hope she is ok x

Always worth a vet check to make sure if you are worried. Can't really see from the picture and you know best what's normal for your piggy. But I would always say if its worth a forum post, its worth a vet check!
