Milky pees contain calcium. It the normal way for the body to excrete it and is nothing to worry about.
If you have calcium pees or dried white powdery patches in your bedding, then you may need to consider adjusting your diet to a lower calcium content. Little sharp bits in a calcium pee are crystals; if you find those, please have your piggy vet checked for bladder sludge or a potential stone.
