I have a new baby piggy. He constantly chatters as he dashes about... constantly. He has not been neutered so currently his cage is separated from my three girls and their floor time is separated by a small gate as well. When he is playing with them, he makes the same noise when he isn't doing his rumble slow walk thing. When it's time for his one on one play time he dashes around and over me like a mad thing or literally jumps from my lap to my neck to snuggle down all the while making this noise...very loudly. My girls are no where near this vocal. Is he okay or is this just a baby guinea pig thing?

He's fine. It's just an inquisitive noise. I've had pigs that do it all the time when they're walking around, I like to think of them like humans who always whistle when they're walking around.

My boar that does it now we can it doo doo doo-ing when he's doing it. He even does it when he's in the cage.

Some piggies are more vocal than others. I had one who's vocal cords appeared to be attached to her legs (she chut-chuttered every time she walked, no matter what she was doing, it really was as if she couldn't move without engaging her voice-box).
Sounds like he's a very inquisitive on-the-go young piggy, that may be his exploring noise! If he was unhappy he would jump off you again and perhaps go and hide somewhere!
It's not really a boar thing, it's just a 'thing' that some of them do :)
