Is this normal for boars?

Hi

I noticed this inflammation on my boar, Rocky. I haven't had piggies before, so I don't know if he's normal or not. Scruffy, the other boar doesn't have this.

I can't be 100% sure as the picture is a little blurry, but would you say that it looks a bit like a cauliflower? It could be this:

If you push gently above the area then you should be able to expose his penis. It looks like he has some hay stuck up there too. It's important that you check boy's bits regularly as any bits of hay that get in there can cause inflammation and would be quite painful
 
Thank you. Yes, it does look like a cauliflower. I'll check him regularly for debris.
