Is this normal for my guinea pig

Everything else about his behavior is fine. I'm just wondering if the things around his noise is normal.

You mean the nose? Those look like the areas that the whiskers are growing out which guinea pig have to provide sensory information to the front and side of the face where their sideways eyes cannot see. The eyes are set to cover as much of an area to the sides and above to catch sudden predator movements. The front is covered by smell for long range and whiskers for short range information. The whiskers are always so wide that a guinea pig is not in danger of getting stuck in a tight place.
