Is this normal or not?

I have had my boys for about 4 weeks now and I have noticed that behind Tom's ears there is little bald patches. I have no idea if this is normal or not. (he is a Teddy rex... If that's important)
Any help would be great thx

All piggies have a bald patch behind each ear but some piggies it is easier to find on. The colour should be their normal skin colour without any dryness, flaking or sore spots.
